Unwatermarked versions of commissions will be sent privately via email/dm/whatever you prefer once payment has been made.

50% of payment must be made after a sketch is sent and you do not need any further edits. The other 50% will be requested after the watermarked versions are sent and are happy.

Any attempts to refuse payment can get you blacklisted from my services and will be warned to fellow artist.

I will not be doing any NFT work nor want any of my work involved in NFT or AI work, if possible.

Checking in on your commission progress every so often is fine (although most don't take longer than a week). But please do not pester me endlessly. Doing so could get your commission cancelled.

If you no longer want the custom you are welcome to return it to me or sell it at the price you bought if for. (Exception: you have additional art added to the character, then you can ask for more).

DO NOT USE FOR NFTs or AI Work

Once the custom is finished you are welcome to do as your please in terms of gender, name, minor marking changes, etc. But please keep to the original design where possible.

Regardless of payment method (PokeFarmQ or USD) if I cannot complete the commission due to circumstances, you will be repaid the 50% you sent for half payment.

Ko-Fi refunds will be done via site features and should give full $ back.

However, if I've finished the piece and you no longer want the art, you will not be getting the 50% back because I still need to be compensated for my time.
